How It Works

Once you have decided to partner with Right Fundraiser, contact us and request your Fundraising Kit. The kit contains everything you’ll need to get your participants ready to go. At that time, let us know how many order forms you anticipate needing.
Set a Kickoff Date, an End Date, and set your goals with your group. Then hand out the sales materials to those participating. This is also a good time to discuss some fundraising best practices and tips with your group.
The participants will then sell the coffee and beverages! Please be sure to use some of our sales tools if necessary.
Participants will the turn in the order forms along with the collected money to the program manager on the End Date.
The program manager will compile the orders onto the Master Order Form and verify the collections.
Email the Master Order Form to kristin@rightfundraiser.com and mail one check to Right Fundraiser within 2 days of emailing the order from. Once we receive the order we will begin roasting and processing the order while the payment is in transit.
Once the total amount due is received and the order has been processed, the items will be shipped. You will receive the order typically within 10-12 days of receipt of order.
